Yes I'd noticed but didn't have time to do rebuild it yet again--that already was version 2, a complete rebuild with only 63 props, or so said the lot editor when it was saved. Editor is a nightmare and simply can't count props.
So now I've just uploaded version 3, again rebuilt from scratch, which has a final count of 61 props. Hopefully this time the file will finally remain under 64 props permanently.
Gotta use one less in the editor, it's some kind of bug or something. Surprised you hadn't noticed ?
A formal French-style urban park with clipped haies, a domed rotonde, a fontaine centrale, a kiosque des journaux, only one poubelle (bien sur!) and trees en filade. Comme il faut, quoi.
8x12 tiles and all 64 prop-slots used. Standard stats with tourism favoring high-wealth visitors.
