Controller Layout:

A = Space (Jump)
B = C/2nd Mode = Ctrl (Crouch/Prone)
X = R/2nd Mode = F (Reload/Use)
Y = 1 (Switch Primary/Secondary Weapon)
Left Shoulder = G (PrimaryGrenade)
Right Shoulder = Q (Special Grenade)
Left Thumb = Shift (Sprint/Hold Breath)
Right Thumb = E (Melee)
D-pad Up = 7 (Satchel Charge)
D-pad Down = X (Map)
D-pad Left = 6 (Equipment/Ground Support)
D-pad Right = 5 (Rifle Grenade/Equipment)
Start = Esc (Pause)
Left Trigger = Right mouse button (Aim Down the Sight)
Right Trigger = Left mouse button (Fire Weapon)
Left Stick = WSAD keys (Move Forward,Backward,Left,Right)
Right Stick = Mouse movement (Look Around)

Works on both singleplayer and multiplayer.
Note: You will need to hold the "Back" button and press "B" to go prone, you will also need to hold the "Back" button and press "X" to use/pick up weapons.
