Only 174 tris
Small 256px texture
4 color Black White Blue Orange
A second one Available with other color

Extremely optimezed model, perfect to save processing power and for large city. Now with night light.
The light are set to be variable windows light, some will have full light, others partial and others can be closed too.

It's a desing realy similar to the building R007 I made earlier but 3x3 sise.

Tool used, Blender for the 3D model and Manga studio for the textures.

I'll make some other building too i try to make the best desing with the fewest polygone/triangle and the smalest texture possible. It's a personal chalenge and a way to improve the fps and the look of my city who now fill up all the 25 plot onf land.

realistic population makes this building from 10-20 households to 100+

Great design and asset, I also love the challenge that you are doing where you limit polys and tris but still make good assests, I will try to follow your work now :D

Ho thanks. Actually just went to buy the expansion. But there was already something called illumination textures I guess windows light come from these.

The models/assets I made use one widows tilled all over, so all light will be on. Unless I use an external black square asset to close some lights. This way it 's also possible to create building with random light pattern which sounds good in theory but I wonder if i'll be able to match/align the external assets with the actual windows.

I'll need to do some test but I want to keep the model as optimized as possible now with the 81 plots mod.. it's somewhat a necessity.

Those lights are in Asset Editor :steamhappy: .. i don't know where window lights come from.

I wonder if we can make flashing light. I'll have to experiment maybe it's possible with the afterdark update.

Of all tall buildings must include red flashing warning lights for aeroplanes and stuff ;)

I expect to spend some time on Cities Syline during the holiday and make new buildings and the after dark update.
