Voice mods do exist but typically only replace the super "common" voice lines like the menu-based taunts and pain sounds, but don't replace the rest. The result would be hearing replaced pain sounds, taunts, etc. but the story-based lines such as those you only hear on specific missions would still be the original voice lines. Replacing ALL voice lines is extremely unlikely as it would entail someone sitting down and recording and editing ~7,000 voice lines for each character.

The number of voice lines for each character numbers in the thousands. You'd have to either replace an insane amount of dialogue or only replace the basics while the story-based lines remain the original character. Vocaloids also sound a little strange when speaking normally since they were built for singing, though AI voices are progressing fast. Maybe some day.
