Skyrim Weather Beautification

This mod overhauls the weather across Skyrim, adding more pleasant weather. Including less rainstorms, fewer snowstorms, more auroras, and the presence of occasional "godly" skyboxes.

Please note that this mod is incompatible with any other weather changing mods, please disable or remove them before using.

EDIT: A lot of people are pointing out in the comments that it /does/ look like an ENB, that's because it is. The mod does not make your game look like that. What the mod does is remove stormy/crummy weather from the game in order to make it more sunny/scenic during your playthrough. I am sorry for misleading you.
