I got definitely inspired by the contest to build a large volume water tower. It is about 60 m high, takes up 6x6 squares and has 10 x capacity of the default one providing 540000 m³/w at a cost of 2400 money/w . This one is fictional, though inspired by many old water towers around central Europe. It is not quite a monument plus I'm not sure if it really has the largest tank of all water towers (maybe if it was built in the past) so I completely leave it up to you and the jury to decide whether or not it could still be a participant of the contest - I wouldn't mind either of it! ;)

This brick gothic monster...
...costs you 135000 money for building it
...2400 money per week to mantain it
...has about 2400 tris
...has 1024x1024 d,a,s,n texture maps
...definitely outstands the euro theme buildings, thus will be widely visible landmark in your cities skyline!

@monsterhart,
Try the "Customize it!" mod ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1369729955 ) ... it allows you to, well, customize, ploppable assets.

That's 9x capacity for 10x the upkeep making it less cost effective than the default one. It takes up the same amount of space as 9 default water towers and costs ~39x (270/7 times) more to place, or 30/7 times more than the cost of placing 9. It's not practical for gameplay, but it looks very nice. Still rating up like most of your work for the look at least. If you upped capacity to 600k (10x) and dropped 100k from the initial cost it'd be balanced.
