Bear in mind that both the Bellerophon and these Work Bees are very old designs and may not work as well as they used to!
For the bridge. Refer to Screenshot 15 Above. Make sure you place a '2x1 Rectangle window' in the Interior up against the '2x1 bottem triangle window' nearest the door, on each side. For some reason those types of windows don't pressurise. Took me forever to figure that out when I was building the ship. :)
For the cargo bay, make sure the Cargo containers are complety sealed in the Interior. (Excluding the 'connector hatches')
For the corridor. (I'm assuming you mean the assembler/refenary corridor.) Make sure you have the Assembler & Refinery covered up in the interior (excluding the connector hatches) either with windows or walkways as they don't pressurise.
If you need any further assitance don't hesitate to ask. I'v ealso made some suitable workbee type ships that fit nicely in the hanger - I'll upload them to workshop if anyone is interested.
I may be doing an alternate variant of this ship at some point i.e slightly better protection, minimal weaponry, improved manoeuvrability...
If only it have automatic systems, like doors, airlocks etc. :)
