I browsed the Steam Workshop for the best stuff. Then I subscribed and inspected assets in terms of appearance, LOD Quality and overall triangle count for best performance. Everything I decided not to use I put into the Honorable Mentions collection. Assets in each sub collection have been organized by similarity to easy browsing except for Honorable Mentions.

The New Assets collection is where I list new items to any of the sub collections. I regularly clean this collection out though so keep watch regularly if you wish to stay updated with recent additions. Note: New Items are listed at the bottom of the collection.

*******IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW*******
Do not attempt to subscribe to absolutely all sub collections, you will most likely run into bugs and errors subbing to all of "Mods to Consider" and really slow down your game and take a long time to load if you sub to all assets that are within all sub collections such as Honorable Mentions. Mod to Consider are just that, to consider. They may not work as intended or need to be updated. I personally would look at them and install them individually at a time to see if they work and add more as you go along instead of subbing to them all at once and getting errors and trying to figure it all out. I personally have subscribed to all the mods in "Currently Subbed Mods" This doesn't mean other ones in the other collection aren't worth looking at though. I just haven't gotten around to adding some of them to my game yet.

The Prop Library is a collection of props that are up to my quality standard. Things that I haven't used in my game or assets yet but may do so in the future.

If you are starting fresh, my recommendation is to subscribe to all of...

• Buildings
• Services Buildings
• Residential Growables
• Commercial Growables
• Office Growables
• Industry Growables
• Sports Arenas (One Modular Stadium included, requires multiple asset placement.)
• Roads & Intersections (Not Roads & Intersections Extended. I sub to these as needed.)
• Walls & Related (Some assets may require learning how to place, suggest reading asset pages/original collections.)
• Bridges
• Parking Lots
• Parks
• Airport (All Airport related assets with props needed included.)
• Trains, Metro, Buses (Some of these assets require special mods to use so be sure to read asset pages of individual stations)
• Vehicles
• Trees
• Props (All the props needed If you subscribe to all these sub collections I've included in this list.)

Then look at mods to consider afterwards and pick and choose some things looking for updates first to see if those are working correctly. Get a great map and custom LUTs if you want.

Anything in After Dark Watch - Buildings & Growables are yet to be updated for After Dark but I still want to keep in my main collection. So if you don't care about dark buildings or vehicles without headlights then go ahead and sub to those as well.

Then go ahead if you so choose and check out what's available in Honorable Mentions, we all have different opinions on assets and you might like something I've not included in my main collection. I still find what people have made great in that collection but I must keep my games performance speedy and also leave room for future additions. Sorry if I've not included some of your assets, It was probably the LOD.
