Megadeth Skin O My Teeth credits theme

The Megadeth song Skin O My Teeth from the Countdown to Extinction album replaces the credits theme. I thought it fit well. For a while, I kept this to myself, but deciced to release it as I thought someone else would enjoy. This is my first mod, so reporting any issues in the comments section helps me out. Replaces both the L4D2 and L4D1 credits themes.

Also, since the song is about 3 minutes long, it won't play the whole thing during the credits.
