Greetings, I love these underground stations but I’m having problems setting them up. I have tracks connected to each platform but when I try to put a line down it only lets me use one platform. Is there something I’m missing?

Hi there, I' having the same issue as the previous poster with this station. The passengers are able to switch platforms but don't seem to be able to exit or enter the station. The classic = versions seem to work ok though. Any ideas why that may be?

I've had your assets in my list for a while and have always been very impressed with them! I have included them in all my cities but for the first time today I used this one, the Charles Holden = formation. I set both tracks up but noticed that whilst passengers transfer from one platform to the other no one uses the station entrance to street level. I tried the Leslie Green style one, = formation and saw the same behaviour. I changed them to the + formation and only then did passengers start to use the main entrance from street level. Is this something you or anyone has noticed before?
