No... bro Each server that has this map needs to configure mods on the server that will allow respawning after death. Region is not what is blocking you from that...

When i fall and die once i need to wait for everyone to fall and die to try again..
How can i do that?
Do you means tat how the mods of the game depends on the regions??
LIke i am in Southeast-Asia and that mods is not playable?
