UK Terraced House - 3 Story 5

** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff :)

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 1x2 layout
Density : Low Residential
Level : 3 (Currently its best to use the level up mod to block these from upgrading)

How do i spawn these houses in game?
The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which i've added to the terraced house / commercial collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these houses require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them.

Model Info:
  • 276 Polys
  • 618 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour)
  • Custom LOD (83 tris)

If all else fails just create your own theme using the building themes mod, then you can pick and chose what building you want. To be honest tho i cant say ive had the issue you're talking about, as without using the theme they all seem to grow for me.

Is It necessary to have all the buildings from the pack? I mean that Im only interested in using these 3 story buildings. If im using the theme they wont grow unless I have every building. I get that. But I dont use the theme and when I zone, I cant get any type of 3 story buildings to grow. Any help?

I think Boformer has to add it to the theme, but these can still grow if you tick the 'Allow buildings which are not in any theme' box
