-- I DID NOT MAKE THIS -- I found this addon from here and it belongs to Empath 2.0
http://www.gamemaps.com/details/7814 IT REPLACES THE SMOKER. The screenshots are also from there too.

The infamous Regenerator from Resident Evil 4 has now leaped into Left 4 Dead 2, as a replacement for the Smoker. Complete with models, sounds, and particle effects, it will haunt you of terrifying memories from Resident Evil 4. It's another reason to play with Left 4 Dead 2 Workshop Addons!

it makes sense on smoker because the regenerator use his arms to grab in front of you and bite you WITH A LOT OF DAMAGE
