Winza Confederation

The Winza Confederation is a peacefull race that got stuck in hybernation when their home planet of Winzorg experienced an ice age. Their leader Hopporg was the first to awake from this deep sleep and was able to turn on the planetary greenhouse machine restoring the planet to it's habitable state and bringing the rest of the race out of hibernation.
