Small Plaza with water fountain

描述
A catchy 3x3 square with a water fountain! Enjoy! Be aware you'll need the water fountain asset and that the model import in cities skylines wont allow animated objects (the fountain does not move!).

I've put the fountain prop on the plaza myself in the Asset Editor and published that version, for anyone interested: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=526821466

Same problem here. I'm subscribed to the fountain, it is enabled, but it doesn't show up in the plaza.
