Great, another completely different solution. You seem to have used the center ground to play with the desert, and have worked from the beginning in the southwest, including a fire. I imagine a great solution

I had not planned to use the meteorite for purposes other than to get the gold. But then it's better that way. Two balanced paths are created.
I think if you've discovered my steps to resolve it. But following my steps, I think you can get 22 points as minimum.
I've also been very pleased with this puzzle. I learn from this game, and this game has puzzles (almost) worth mentioning.

There's a lot in this puzzle, maybe some that you didn't plan. But don't worry, this is actually pretty normal for good puzzles. At least, it has happened to me in my puzzles several times, that the developer solved in ways I never thought of for more score, although I don't think I have made any puzzle as good as Sanctuary yet. Creativity is the most important aspect, and you have lots of it! So, don't worry about getting the highest score, it's not necessary for a good puzzle-maker, and having lots of extra tools is good (provided you test it so that your intended solutions are not removed by the extra tools). You did really well, and there's lots of great fun in this puzzle which can be solved many ways. I've been trying for two days, and I think I will come back and try again, so it's a great success for encouraging replay.

This is a great puzzle. There are at least 2 ways to solve it. One doesn't use the asteroid, doesn't get gold, but actually scores the most I have done 11-8-0 19 because it only takes 12 turns! Perhaps this is a method you didn't intend. As a hint, I get a ring of settlers almost all the way around the goals in the southwest. I finally managed to get gold, using the asteroid and having a much bigger fire. But this was 5-3-10 18 (perhaps your intended gold solution?). So, at the moment for me, my gold solution scores more than my best solution without gold. But this could change, other solutions may be possible!
