70 job 79 capacity efficent prison (no escapes 3 deaths)

My first successfull prison with no escapes! The 3 deaths are all snitches, one of which was in my 1 protective cell whuch crossed the rowdy other path a long time ago. There is a safe capacity of 79 prisoners, maximum of 70 jobs and a almost dieing power supply (new building will require a new power supply). The main money making source i use was the forestry area which is probably taken over by the two workshops. There are 2 cell blocks, 24 rank 1 rooms, 24 rank 2 rooms, 24 rank 3 rooms and 2 rank 9 rooms (one is protective other was protective for a short while).
