Charon Confederacy

The Confederacy is a large collection of planets united under one government. It was brought together 20 years ago after a century of intersolartary war. Kaedis, the species' homeworld, took the worst of the fighting. It was eventually turned into a mostly frozen planet after the use of geological weaponry. It's enormous moon was also temporarily the Charon capital before the reclaimation.
