Add a recipe for Steel Wool.

You need an Alchemy Engine to prototype the Steel Wool

There are two recipe modes: default and alternative

> The default recipe is: 1 Rock + 1 Beefalo Wool = 1 Steel Wool

> The alternative recipe is: 1 Gears + 1 Beefalo Wool = 3 Steel Wools

You can change the mode in the mod configurations

This mod was originally made to a friend of mine

i used it once because i was taming a beefalo,and them i needed to kill 2 of the beasts just to make THE SADDLE!!! and them it needed one more to craft the brush...so i used this..
