If one is still alive, one is bound to leave trails. The crew was almost out of ideas when it comes to hypothesizing Davide's possible hideout, if he is still alive that is. Blonde later revealed that Davide owned several properties which are registered under a non-existent identity. Things have gotten quite interesting, even better if they get to find him in this very building.
