ULX Player Notes

This is a ULX addon to copy player notes! Basicly the admin can do !writenote <player name> rdm x1(or any other reason)

Then a data file stores that note for when its called with the !readnote <player name> command

Yes the notes stack so there can be more than 1!

This addon has a version check so you know when i upload a new version!!!! Lastly this will log ALL players so i will try and make it only log the ones with notes (this should not cause any problems but hey! Ill make it look better!)

!removenote <player name> to remove all notes from the player!
