the mod still works, just go to SteamLibrary/steamapps/workshop/content/362890/472729779, rename the file 450707476763121081_legacy.bin to 450707476763121081_legacy.vpk and move it to SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Black Mesa/bms/custom (create custom folder)

the workshop upload is broken but this actually still works if you just put the vpk inside your custom folder.
