描述
This park is designed to "interact" with the buildings adjacent to it.
A small square, that makes it seem as if the surrounding buildings have a terrace where they serve delicious meals.
It attracts quite a few tourists, especially medium and high wealth tourists.

-complete with custom thumbnail and tooltip icon.

The stats of the park.
Size:4x6
Cost: 1400
Maintenance cost: 400
Tourist draw:
Low wealth:10
Medium wealth:50
High wealth: 70
Ent Accum: 100
Ent Radius: 250

The stats are vanilla. In close comparison to "the Plaza with Picnic Tables".

@MadTech I will definitly try and create more of these interacting parks. And a neglected area is defenetly something i would like to create. Because city life is not all about fun and games ;)

Such a simple idea but this and the backyard parks add a lot more character and realism to surrounding buildings. Thanks for doing these very useful interacting parks. :)

How about a couple slightly run down interacting parks. ie. maybe some small garage buildings running down the middle or a maybe just a neglected communal area for the kids to play in. If you could it would add some realism to the run-down slum/ghetto areas of a city :)
