Well bassicly it is designed to reduce the ammount of traffic jams coursed by Left Turns in to an Intersection, allowing only right turns or driving straight. Only allowing that opens the question on how to turn left then right ? Its simple. By Building a U-Turn. bringing the Cars that wanted to drive right on the other side of the road and allowing them to turn Right or go straight to. Complicated you say ? Well its one try to reduce traffic jams and the time you need to get to point B =D. If you want to use the full potential of the ThrU-Turn you should use Trafic++ by jfarias and Traffic Manager [v1.08rc] by CBeTHaX to control witch Lane goes were and disable /enable traffic light etc. Have fun trying =P
