A more fixed up and functioning fix for the CSS realistic weapons.

-Elites are held with both hands and do not stop shooting while wasting ammo. You can only shoot using left click, but they both get a shooting animation at random (which looks dank as hell).

-That dang shotgun doesn't destroy doors, making you able to use the door destroyer script addon without doors never reappearing.

-Made MAC and TMP held like a pistol because let's be honest, it looks cool.

-Fixed issue where the smoke grenade wouldn't get thrown. Was a little error in the code so I fixfaxed that little ♥♥♥♥♥ up better than Mike Tyson fixfaxed his opponent's ear.
