Meleeable Kamikazes

This mod adds in the ability to use melee finishers on Kamikazes. The attack you'll perform is based off of the Kick used on Rocketeers and Soldiers (when using certain weapons)... except the Kamikaze will explode when it lands a safe distance away. The attack is only usable when the Kamikaze is really close, so you'll either have to have good timing, or you'll have to shoot it once with the Pistol to stun it long enough to get close.

Notes:
-This may cause problems in Multiplayer if not everyone has it. If the host doesn't have it, the melee attack won't be usable. If clients don't have it, there will likely be missing animation errors on their individual ends.

-If you're using a Kamikaze model replacement, note that only replacements that use the *exact* same animations as the original Kamikaze will work. Replacements that have custom animation sets will simply stand there when you try to melee them.

-This mod requires the URP Essentials Pack simply for the fact that to have the player melee function exposed to scripting, you have to have a modified version of the PlayerMeleeScript, and that pack provides just that.

-Added the Finishing animation to the Kamikaze's main Animation Set instead of using a separate one. This makes it so that the mod no longer replaces the Kamikaze's model, and will be compatable with *most* Kamikaze model replacements.
