That breathing sound can get annoying with "always run" enabled.

If you still hear a sound when you start sprinting, go to "Steam\SteamApps\common\Black Mesa\bms\addons" and copy the VPK from the workshop folder into the addons folder.

This mod causes audio issues with the latest version of the game. It is better to unsubscribe from it and subscribe to its newer version called "Silent Sprint": https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2027778694

Can you re-upload this in the new format/with the new publish tool? I mean, it's working but I'm getting a lot of warnings in the console about missing sound cache files.
