描述
This mod gets rid of the breathing sprint sound, which can get quite annoying.

This is my 'remake' of the old broken 'No Sprint Sound' mod.
The old mod included a really old version of the player sounds script, overwriting the newer one, causing audio problems.
Instead, this version simply edits the sprint sound, making it silent. So no more messing with scripts.

Shouldn't it be +snd_restart instead? I'll have to test both methods.

Brilliant mod, however you do not need to type "snd_restart" into the console every time you start the game as there is another way to enter the command permanently.

In your Steam library, right click on Black Mesa and go to "properties", then "set launch options" and enter "-snd_restart"

Well, that's because HL1 doesn't have a sprint option in the first place, lol. But yeah.

Half-Life 1 does not have a sprint sound, so this is awesome for consistency between the two games. Thanks! :steamhappy:
