Gran's Lawn

Gran's Lawn is a modern terraced house of the sort often found in the UK. Roughly based on Gras Lawn in Exeter, this particular house sports a slight curvature to it, giving its residents that community feel.

This does make liberal use of props by rik4000, but if you're into UK houses like this I'd encourage you to check out his work anyway (the other terraced houses in the thumbnail background are his) - and if you already have it, you won't need to download anything.

Features:
- Size: 4x4
- Polygons: 616
- Baked ambient occlusion for more realistic lighting effects
- Normal mapping for greater detail
- Carefully placed props and trees, like TV antennas, satellite dishes and garden features
- 4 colour variations
- Custom LOD, so it looks the same from afar as it does up close whilst still having only a tenth of the polygons

Note on the Eyedropper Tool: Unfortunately, if you use this tool to place one of these, it will be created without a garden. It's something to do with the tool itself which I can't fix - stock buildings show the same behaviour. On the plus side, without the garden, it's only 4x2 in size.

However, if you use themes, you could get rid of all the non-British buildings and then anything you spawn will be okay.
