TFKart_CherryBlossoms was made a couple months after the 2014 Halloween update introduced bumper cars to the game. The Kart mechanics are built into the map so you don't need a plugin or anything like that to enable the bumper cars. I also have a configuration file (along with all the custom stuff) packed into the map so you shouldn't have to forcibly enable spells or slower kart speeds to make this map work well.

This map features a series of minigames rather than just one lap around a track including Duck Hunt, Falling Platforms, and Gate Capture. There is no arena logic so this can theoretically be played with only one person on the server, but that'd be pretty damn boring. It was originally developed for TFKart servers but it can technically work well in any server if you want it to, with no plugins required.
