Original model:
J-Temple-V1.0-Prop by Optron Warrior

The change:
The original is just a prop. I made it into a small park which can be placed on land & on water.

Features:
o Free Placement mode
o Custom Icon preview
o Custom tooltip preview
o Custom snapshot preview

For this process of repurposing the model, I used these awesome mods:
Asset ItemClass Changer by Snow_Cat
Building AI Changer by Cerebellum
Asset UI Priority Changer by Snow_Cat
Mod Tools by BloodyPenguin/nlight

Thanks for creating these awesome mods.

Major Stats:
Size: 3x2

Construction cost: 500
Maintenance Cost: 50

Tourists: 25/25/25
Entertainment Accumulation: 75
Entertainment Radius: 400

Fire Hazard, Electricity, Garbage, Water: 0 (necessary for free placement)


Before commenting, please note:
No asset needs different stats, PLAYERS want different stats, depending on how they play this game. So if you feel this asset is OP, feel free to adjust stats for your individual needs yourself. Unless all your fingers are broken, you are able to do this for yourself in the game's asset editor - then again, if your fingers were broken, you could not make a comment.

Yeah, sorry, the problem is that the original asset by optron warrior was a prop, and I used it to make a park. Optron Warrior has meanwhile removed his prop from the workshop. So this park item is searching for a prop that is no longer on the WS, therefore the game doesn't have anything to display. But check out optron warrior's workshop, he made his former prop into a park as well.

How do you make it free placement?
