The Oceanites have managed to leave the water to swim into the far reaches of space. They keep to themselves, however, are interested in the adaptabilty of other races. They love water worlds, however, the water consistancy doesn't match the chilly waters of Liquidite. Wanting to find out a way to adapt water worlds to meet their standard of living they are aggresively researching any and all technology.
