Pinwheel Intersection

This is another compact high capacity intersection, which I prefer to using roundabouts. The dimensions are 29x29 blocks (21x21 exit to entry), and the heights are 4m to -4m (the pedestrian paths are 12m). I've also made a full diamond intersection that's the same size, and I'll probably make some more.

Construction Cost: $15,764 (or half a year's tuition, for us out-of-staters)
Upkeep: $150/week
