描述

Order. Unity. Oberdience. We taught the galaxy these things long ago, and we will do so again.

The Necrons are a race of mechanical warriors, created from the Necrontyr. They have lain dormant in their stasis-tombs for sixty million years. They are ancient beyond reckoning, pre-dating even the Eldar. At long last, however, they are beginning to awaken, seeking to reestablish the supremacy of the Necron Dynasties over the Galaxy once more.

I have unmodded game, latest ver. 1.82
Have DLCs:
Mega Events, Revenge of the Snathi, Ship Designer's Toolbox, Mercenaries Expansion Pack
Tested on my main machine and on laptop.
Faction available, no errors.
I know I may be called noob, but I stick to "vanilla experience" after some bad experience with GRM ("who is not using GRM these days anyway???", well, here am I... at least me from which I know). Please do not mess with the shipsets, or it will stop validating this faction on game startup.

Volundz has necron and tyranid ships in his list if you want to use necron ships, tau and imperium and chaos etc as well

Am playing through with this race now and they're wrecking everything! Once Production is high enough you can fill a planet with population in just a few turns!

The traits: Well, i usually like races that are really specialized. These traits however are really strong, you can boost Production so hard. The low agility and (especially) low accuracy seems to make their ships only suitable for beam weapons though and balances that a bit.

Farming points from negative food and growth attributes for a synthetic species gives these guys a real edge. Use with caution ... these guys are seriously uber.
