Due to the mandatory scheduled maintenance, the appropiate element for this next chamber is currently unavailable. We had no choice but to replace it with a military android course. The Enrichment Center apologizes for the inconvenience and wishes you the best of luck.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

Q) How did you make this?
A) The map is created using the Hammer World Editor by Valve. You can use it by downloading the "Portal 2 Authoring Tools - Beta" in the tools section. It's free to use if you're just wondering. You need to have some experience with Hammer first, or else you won't get popular just like me. To get started, go to https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Main_Page and start Hammer-ing!

Q) How did you get the indicator lights from the original?
A) I've already purchased the Orange Box bundle, which came with the original Portal. We simply extract it to Portal 2, and packed it into this map.

Q) What is that energy ball thingy?
A) That is the High Energy Pellet (HEP). Usually you don't get killed with this pellet (in Half-Life 2) however since you don't have the HEV suit, you can get instantly killed with this if you're not careful. If this information have not helped you, then too bad ;)

Q) Is this playable on the original Portal?
A) No. The map we've created has a BSP version of 21. Portal maps have a BSP version of 20. Unfortunately, they're not backwards compatible with each other; for example you cannot play a Portal map in Portal 2, and vice versa.

Q) Music? Sounds interesting.
A) Valve - Stop What You Are Doing

Q) How did you get cubemaps on your map? Mine doesn't seem to show up.
A) Since the SteamPipe update came out, the "buildcubemaps" command is now broken down due to the new file system (remember the VPK?), leaving mappers out, like us, without their favorite shiny surfaces. However, there is a workaround right here[web.archive.org].
