I really don't know what happened. Perhaps I uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. Perhaps I installed new mods like Tree Fire Control, No Building Fire. I don't guarantee anything.
1. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE it.
2. Subscribe it if you need it to open a savegame (e.g. a save from workshop "infected" by this mod) but DO NOT ENABLE it in Content Manager (check Content Manager before opening the save!)
1. add an option in the 'Option' menu for the player to turn off the mod
2. adjust the frequency of the pushing of messages, either make it longer (e.g. one message every 2 or 5 min) or, if you like, add an option in the 'Option menu' for the player to adjust the frequency.
Both solutions aim to create a window where a player can truly clear all pushed messages and save, and then load the save again with the mod uninstalled without causing error
