***Updated: windows now light up at night!***

A straight/corner building for all maps. Doesn't grow on European corner lots, but still makes neat connecting yards on the straight lots. I've used the excellent Building Eyedropper Tool by hyperdrive_engage to place the buildings rather than wait for them to grow.

Updated with randomly appearing props and trees.



Stats:

Level 5, high density residential
Grows on 4x4 lots

Main model: 1833 triangles
Custom LOD: 112 triangles

Main texture: 1024x1024 px
LOD texture: 512x512 px

You know there's a mod where you can limit building levels in each district. I limit mine to level 3 so there's no skyscrapers. Wealthy sims still live in lower level buildings as well.

@Asheroo The thing is that I hate how every corner of my city turns into skyscraper wasteland as soon as I give my Cims access to basic services and a park or two. In fact I hate it so much I learnt 3d modelling specifically to make my own level 5 buildings, the way I wanted them. Thus, level 5 is exactly where I want this building to be :-) If you want to re-level it yourself I suppose I could upload the .fbx to somewhere. Just let me know!

Why level 5 high res? Would be great if level 1-3 so it's not grouped with all the high rises/skyscrapers.
