TF2 gauss shotgun

Replaces the spas shotgun.

It was supposed to be a tf2 shotgun mod years ago, glad I didn't delete it.
The idea was based from gauss shotgun from thing thing 4, as it's cool to see the shotgun that fires lasers.
And the Machina is the only gun that fires laser-like bullets(at that time), so I straped it to the shotgun model(and some other guns for decoration) to make it seems fitting for laser bullets.

But I failed to edit tf2 particles so I cancelled the entire project...

It doesn't have custom sounds, and that's why it's delayed.
I'll let you have your own sounds since, to me, the default sounds seems fitting already, and the Machina's sounds don't seems to fit...
