And I completely agree, dmuk! If you did a mistake you should not be required to reset the whole map for it! I actively tested for that even if it started to drive me insane. :D
I decided to have a window to the laser thing purely as decoration (and to give other new map makers an idea in case they stumbled on the same issue as I did). If the laser sound could have been turned off, I would have been more than happy to keep that little room hidden. I just found it weird to have laser sound effects going on and not seeing a laser anywhere.
I have tried BEEmod and think it is interesting. I might eventually venture in that direction, but for now I have uninstalled that mod so I can create vanilla maps until I get bored with its limitations. This map is vanilla.
