rp_downtown for Tigress Gaming, a garry's mod RP server I used to play on, but not anymore, so enjoy the map if you want.

Added water area back to original location from v4c
Added links connecting the two tunnels with black ends
Added new building that links from alleyway next to warehouse on main street (Useful for gangs/thieves)

Removed Empty Space near Tunnel in neighbourhood
