Our architects and engineers were unchallenged. Nothing short of a bridge to the heavens worthy of ancient Norse mythology would satiate their aspirations.

This is much, much larger than the game's editable area for a unique building. So I used a one-square plot as a place-holder. Think of it this way - your citizens will need to use the teleporter at the bottom to get to the top. And you'll have to place it carefully so as to avoid its clipping other buildings.

REMEMBER WHERE YOU PUT DOWN THE ONE-SQUARE PLOT. It's easy to lose.

This thing will dwarf skyscrapers. Don't use it unless you're a little bit nuts.
