2021 NOTICE:

A long time ago, I had a website and hosted my maps on there with more files and information. Steam back in the day did not allow all of this in your TF2 Workshop submission, so as a result I shipped only the Map (Level) itself. Now, the future is today and updates to this text were needed. At some point I will update it further with a link to my new site, similar to how this use to be, but for now I've updated this space to be nicely formatted, include modern info, and list the music used since it was in the map text file not included on Steam.

Bugs/Issues:

- It seems going in the back part of the "G-Man Factory" can crash the game. I can only say make sure Half-Life 2 is downloaded, if it crashes otherwise, I'm stumped.
- You will need Source Film Maker downloaded, otherwise models in the "Stomach room" will be missing (Linux users can use SteamPlay to get the models).
- Rotating brush method used here no longer seems to function on TF2's current code branch. This means some things that use to spin (like the planets or G-Man in "HL2 World") no longer do.

Duel_Idle_Trade_Abstract is the only map I can think of that has all of these crazy things in one map. During a silent time in development with Overturn, I started this project out of sheer boredom and experimented more with the Source engine. The main inspiration of this map came from Nipper and the J2 Abstract Mappack for CSS, along with Turrican and Hondo’s maps. After many headaches and keyboard smashing, I present to you the map you see here!
