描述
This is the ninth staff that you have discovered. It was made by a witch on Halloween. A year after she had made this staff, the village discovered that the witch was using black magic. As she was about to be burned on the pyre to which she was strapped she poured her life into the staff which she made. The staff shoots out exploding pumpkins. Anyone wields this staff is the King of Halloween!

OK. Everyone, I have started something that will run from July 25 to December 20 hopefully every year, if I can get enough participants. Basically there is going to be something where you can make your own Staff and have put into a collection. The purpose of this is to try and get people to mod.
