描述
Added the Enclave as a playable Civilization.

UA (Rebirth of America): +33% Culture in all cities, +2 Production for every Science Specialist in all Cities and all cities start with an extra 5 Strength.

UU (Vertibird Gunship): The Vertibird Gunship more effective Enclave unique unit, that replaces the Helicopter Gunship. Does extra damage to cities but cannot capture them.

UB (Adams Air Force Base): Adams Air Force Base is a unique building for the Enclave that replaces the Airport. On top of providing the original bonuses of an airport, It provides +15XP to all units built in the city and increases production by 50% towards Vertibird Gunships in the city.

That production bonus is pretty insane. I had 20 cities and got like 80 production per scientist, so even 5 pop cities had over 200 production. Yes, i had some needless amount of fun with these.

It doesn't even show up as a civ to play or anywhere else?? I have vanilla btw and it says it doesn't require any dlc tho
