Panic Attack Drum Removal

Update:
- Updated to use new UVs, so it should be compatible with Warpaint textures
- Ejection port cover and trigger now have their own bones
- Now includes 3 versions
-- No Drum
-- No Drum with a shorter barrel (version used in mod)
-- Default barrel with removable drum

Note that the default barrel option still has shadows baked in. I don't have the expertise to paint out those shadows properly, so I've only made model changes (adding missing faces and rebinding drum to a new bone)
