An expanded version of rp_downtown_v4c_v2

Suggestions for additions to the map are welcomed!

Counter Strike: Source needs to be installed & mounted (Or have CS:S textures installed)

Note: I do not take credit for any existing portions of the map. I only take credit for the additions that I have added. The rest goes directly to the previous contributors of the other versions of the map

(Many new additions)
In short:
- Added many new buildings
- Expanded many previous buildings
- Added new areas
- Made map more vehicle friendly
- Added a few secrets
- Optimized map (WIP)

Hey, I found a button in a crouch hole off of one of the appertment buildings in the downtown. I keep pushing it but nothing nearby is changing? What's it do?

The map is very bad optimized + no ai nodes no nextbot nav buggy entites but still a good concept :steambored:
