Gula's 4 Palm Park (3x3)

I'm releasing this park as the start of the park pack I'll be doing over the next few weeks. This is a simple park that adds variation to the 3x3 spaces.

Please check the required items on the right side of the steam workshop page to ensure you can see all of the assets on the lot. Additionally, I will be creating many parks using these prop assets, so once you've subscribed to those props you won't have to do it again.

You have to download the palm trees separately. They are on the right side of this page under the "required items" -- hope this helps!

Hey Gula, you probably don't take reqeusts but I think a nice addition to your buildings would be the TransAmerica Pyramid in San Fransisco!

Continuing on my last comment, Its better if you create new assets (trees, benches etc) rather than use stuff everyone else already can use.

@Gula I'm sorry to say but this is no better in quality than most other parks. Everyone can make parks and I think there are already too many.

I think its a respectable notion @TheDude1972 -- I've also kinda strayed away from requirement mods, but I'm testing the waters here. One thing I've noticed is the sheer lack of quality "simple" parks. This only took me a few minutes to assemble, too.
