To open the map, press the ~ key to open the developer console and type in (without the quotation marks), "map bm_playground_v1.2". You should put some batteries and health kits in the second floor, so you can have an unlimited supply ammo, not an limited and annyoning chargers.
And also, why not some new sky color? Map looks like a dead with that.

Well, if the game isn't working, right click Black Mesa on your library, click on Properties, and click on Verify the games cahce.
