A simplified magic roundabout, based on the real one in Swindon, UK.

I highly suggest you upgrade the one-way streets to 2-lane highways if you have Some Road mod installed, as well as fix the lane utilisation using Traffic++ and Traffic Manager. I noticed in vanilla mode, the traffic still gets stuck because the traffic prefers to keep to the center and avoid the inner lane (which you can improve by making the speed limit of that lane higher).

It is also possible to attach slip roads to other corners of the roundabout (as shown in the video) that goes off into other blocks of your city that you want separate from the trunk roads.
