描述
Added the Caesar's Legion as a playable Civilization.

UA (Ave, True to Caesar): Great General bonus is doubled and can build a unique Citadel "Legate Camp", When killing a Barbarian in a encampment you have a 100% chance of them joining you.

UU (Legate): The Legate is a unique Great General, provides nearby units with a combat bonus of 30% instead of 15%. Also can construct a Legate Camp, A better version of the Citadel that deals 50HP to units 1 tile away instead of 30HP.

UU (Legionaries): The Legionaries are a cheaper to build unique unit of Caesar's Legion, with 80 Strength instead of 70 of the Infantry it replaces. Comes with Survivalism I promotion when built.

UA and Legate replacement provide same shit, UA should be changed for something like "Ranged units deal 30% less damage, but melee units deal 50% more damage"

@Sr.DiablosPantalones I was planning to work on a Scenario but I got told by at least 2 other mod makers they were working on Scenarios and wanted to use my Civs so I kinda passed the job onto them.

All of your mods are fantastic, do you have a scenario with all these civs? if not, it would be awesome to play out the battle of Hoover Dam (or the second) with these sivs!
